Property Management, Construction Consulting and Tenant Coordination for an urban mixed use development in Chicago's south loop encompassing a 16-screen state of the art cinema, a two block long open air plaza, 350 apartments (managed by Habitat), a 1500 car parking garage and 310,000 square feet of retail space. Our management arm, dma | property, was formed to provide management expertise and operational support, orchestrating a successful opening in December 2009 of the project's cinema, plaza, and parking garage. dma | property served as the general manager of the Roosevelt Collection through the property's sale to new ownership in May 2011.
