Rivers Casino – Des Plaines

DMA performed full service development management and project accounting for the newest casino in Illinois. The project includes 1300 gaming positions and a host of exciting restaurant and lounge venues. The 21 acre site also includes a 5 level structured parking deck immediately adjacent to the casino. All elements of the site and structure are currently pursuing LEED certification with dma leading the coordination. The project opened July 2011.
