For JMB Realty, DMA is providing development management services for a new 37-story office tower in Century City, Los Angeles. The project is designed to achieve a LEED Platinum rating—the highest available—for its core and shell. After certification, Century City Center is positioned to be the first LEED Platinum high-rise office building in Los Angeles and the sixth in the world.
