Michelle Jaques has contributed to the successful completion of real estate development, redevelopment and design projects throughout the greater Chicago area for more than 15 years. Her thorough understanding of construction, accounting, and organizational details ensures smooth and efficient progress. Her ability to effectively interact with team members at all levels contributes to exceptional results.

At Development Management Associates, LLC (DMA), Michelle serves as project coordinator for the Des Plaines Casino, the newest casino project in Illinois. Slated to open in the fall of 2011, the project includes restaurant and lounge venues and a five-level structured parking deck on a 21-acre site. Michelle is providing onsite support for daily field office operations, facilitating reporting, accounting, administrative, and project management processes and performing job site inspections among other activities.

Michelle previously served as a project manager with Linn-Mathes, a general contractor and builder. She also worked as a design center coordinator for a residential development selection firm and as a project manager for a design/build general contractor specializing in manufacturing and warehouse properties. Her project experience includes:

•	Metropolitan Place: $30 million condominium conversion, more than 200 units
•	University Village: $55 million new construction, more than 190 residential units including condominiums, townhomes, and single family homes
•	RPS Distribution Center: $6 million new construction, 150,000 square feet of warehouse for vehicles and conveyor system, 11,000 square feet of office space
•	Ameritech Logistics Center: $1.7 million new construction, carports for 96 vehicles, storage shed, cable storage yard, 11,500 square feet of office space

Michelle holds a bachelor's degree in architectural building technology, a five-year course of study, from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She spent a year at Ecole D'Architecture, Versailles, France and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
