Dina Savarise brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in project accounting and information technology to Development Management Associates, LLC (DMA). Her knowledge of accounting processes, financial administration, and voice and Internet communications has contributed to the success of development projects and office operations. Her strong interpersonal skills complement her technical expertise.

Since joining DMA, Dina has managed project accounting operations and monthly draw processing for the Rivers Casino, among other projects. This 400,000-square-foot development on Pittsburgh's North Shore is immediately adjacent to the Heinz Field football stadium and includes themed restaurants, casual dining venues, a large outdoor amphitheatre, and elements of pedestrian access and integration with the North Shore Riverfront Park. The project's size and complexity demand a highly organized set of accounting skills, as well as deep familiarity with the development process. Dina works closely with on-site operations, ownership, and lenders to ensure all invoices and draw documents-including contracts, change orders, amendments, and budget changes-are processed in an exceptionally time-sensitive manner and meet all lender requirements.

Previously, Dina served as an information technology project manager, e-commerce administrator, and project cost accountant at Urban Retail Properties. In these roles, she managed the IT requirements of an office move, oversaw equipment purchases, processed and tracked vendor invoices, managed Web site development and maintenance, and maintained cost accounting records for multi-million dollar development projects.

Dina holds a certificate in computer science, with a concentration in Web development, from Loyola University.
